The team of Gestion A. Godbout is made of administrative personnel along with the appropriate support staff. In order to remain efficient, each member of our organization is playing a defined and precise role, which we would like to share with you.

 
THE ADMINISTRATOR is in charge of management, building's opertaions as well as the coordination of all activities. He is also available to address any pertinent issues related to lease administration, rent payment, and so forth. It is possible to take an appointment with him to resolve specific issues you may have that require exceptional attention.

THE RECEPTIONNIST is in charge of taking calls, and to ensure some basic follow up to your various requests of an administrative matter, or any other incoming requests.

THE RENTAL AGENT is available to any prospect tenant wishing to visit one of our apartments, within a very short period of time. The rental agent is in charge of providing an exceptional customer service, within company policies. She is the best counsellor to identify your needs, towards getting your file approved, until your move-in day. The rental agent is not authorized to accept private sub-leasing mandates from our residents, however we invite you to seek additional information regarding our re localization service.

THE MAINTENANCE SUPERINTENDENT is in charge of the physical maintenance of the buildings, as well as the management of material resources. The maintenance superintendent assists each building manager his various work-orders and preventive maintenance tasks. The superintendent also supervises apartment preparation during the high season, working closely with the rental agent and competent of additional personnel, to ensure timely delivery of your apartment.

THE BUILDING MANAGER is responsible for the daily and periodic supervision of his assigned building and grounds. He is also in charge of the resident’s well being and is, at all times, his first contact with the administration. The building manager has a direct access to the administrator and is able to bring constructive and concrete ideas to improve the way each building is managed.
